America stands with Israel

The United States of America has unequivocally condemned the appalling assault against Israel by Hamas terrorists from Gaza, said President Joe Biden. The Biden Administration’s support for "Israel’s security is rock solid and unwavering."
In a series of calls with the Israeli Prime Minister, President Biden pledged his full support for the government and people of Israel. He said additional assistance for the Israeli Defense Forces is heading to Israel.
The State Department announced that Secretary Blinken will travel to Israel to meet with Israeli leaders and continue supporting them in their fight against the terrorists. The safety of American citizens is the President’s top priority, and in doing so, a team to work with the Israeli counterparts on every aspect of the hostage crisis.
The United States provides Israel with $3.8 billion annually in military assistance. American Samoa’s delegate to the US Congress, Uifaatali Aumua Amata, also condemns the attacks against Israel.
She said Jerusalem is an important and historic site to people of faith worldwide. The people of Israel are enduring sudden, brutal attacks, loss of life, and destruction, and we must stand together in entirely condemning this lawless violence and insisting internationally that Hamas stop this attack without delay.
The people of Israel should not have to face the threat of rockets, explosions, and indiscriminate killing.
The State of Israel is a dependable friend to the United States and an allied democracy in a meaningful world region. According to Uifaatali, she met with Israel’s President and was briefed on Israel’s security, and there is great respect for the capabilities of the Israeli Defense Forces.
