DOH recommends suspension of TalofaPass.

A recommendation by the Department of Health to suspend the TalofaPass portal system is now with the Taskforce Committee. Speaking to KVZK News today, Director of Health Motusa Tuileama Nua confirmed to KVZK News that DOH had asked the Taskforce to suspend the Talofa pass beginning November 1st, 2022

Motusa said given the low number of covid cases in the Territory the best solution for now is to suspend it and then use it again when another outbreak happens in the future.

TALOFAPass is the official safe travels application endorsed by the American Samoa Government. It was developed as a free mobile app and web-based travel tool for Travelers to apply and track their travel process to American Samoa.
