Gov vehicle auction set for Friday

All bids for government vehicles up for sale by the Property Management will close on June 2, 2023, by 10:30 AM.

Late submittals will not be considered. Seven School buses, jet skis, a fire truck, 8 motorcycles and 55 vehicles are auctioned in closed seal bids this coming Friday.

In a statement released by the Office of Property Management Director, Poleen Asalele, the American Samoa Government Sealed Bid Public Auction of Government Vehicles declared as surveyed by various departments/offices on an as-is basis.

Members of the public are welcome to view the vehicles on sale up to the 1st of June with the auction the next day June 2, Friday at 11 am.

Bid forms are available at the Office of Property Management during public viewing dates and hours only and interested buyers have to complete the bidding form and include ten percent of your bidding amount.

Bids must be turned into Jeralin Logoai or Roselene Fa’agata by June 2, by 10:30 AM sharp. In the meantime, Ms Asalele confirmed to KVZK News their total sale from last week’s sale of government property amounted to $20,215.
